Toney Construction Services, Inc. is a full-service contractor with specialized expertise in interior build-outs, facility maintenance, capital projects, and new construction. Since we are a self-performing general contractor, we employ our own skilled craftsmen who are trained to handle a large variety of construction tasks and trades in-house. By doing so, we are less dependent on subcontractors and we have greater control over scheduling, maintaining a safe working environment, and meeting budget goals. Our skilled craftsmen have years of experience and understand the sensitive nature of working in and around occupied spaces.

​Maintaining a safe, incident-free working environment is our number one priority. Since the inception of TCS in 1994, we have never had an OSHA citation or a lost time injury. In 2021, Toney Construction Services had an Experience Modifier Rating (EMR) 0f .78. As a part of our commitment to safety, Toney Construction Services completes background checks on employees, participates in random drug screening, ensures all craftsmen have OSHA 10 or greater certifications, and ensures all supervisors have OSHA 30 or greater certifications.
