David W. Toney, President - Graduate from Texas A&M University, majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Construction. Ran construction renovations for commercial office building renovations and multi-family rehabs as a project manager then was promoted to Vice President of Operations for Mullins Management. Opened Toney Construction Services, Inc. (TCS) in 1994 specializing in commercial tenant build-out and ground-up construction.
Martin K. John, Sales Manager - Worked for Kelly-Moore Paint Company for the last ten years. Managed retail stores for four years, then was promoted to commercial construction sales. He worked closely with commercial contractors writing specifications, overseeing surface preparation and paint applications. Working with Toney Construction Services, Inc. (TCS) in a sales management capacity.
Bert Thornton, General Superintendent - 19 years experience in both residential and commercial construction projects. Self-employed from 1986 until 1999, performing all types of construction services. Superintendent for a local construction company from 1999 until 2002 overseeing jobs up to $3,000,000.00. Working with Toney Construction Services, Inc. (TCS) in a General Superintendent capacity.
